Network reset after downloading movie. Not downloaded

Hi,

I recently purchased a movie in Itunes and wasn't able to download the whole movie completely. It said that there are problems in my network connection at first.

So I tried to reset it. Now it's saying that the error is that the network was reset.

Then I tried to remove the tmp file to copy it in another directory to check if I can download the whole thing again. Surprisingly (in a sad way), it didn't work.

I also checked if I could redownload it if I search it in Itunes again, but the button said Buy.

What should I do? I already paid for the movie yet I don't have a copy of it.

Is the film listed in the Films/Movies part of your library ? If not then try going to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage (or on the current version of iTunes you can click on your name towards the top right of iTunes and then click Purchased on the popup) and see if you can redownload it from there (films can't be redownloaded in all countries, so Films/Movies might not show as a category in Purchased) - if you do have it listed in your library then try selecting and deleting it from there first, otherwise iTunes will see that it listed there and assume that there is no need to be able to redownload it.

If you can't redownload it try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
