Q: My videos are not appearing on my Photos app on my MAC desktop. It has been 48 hours since I took them and they are not showing up? Do I need to change my preferences?

Where inside the Photos app are you looking? Videos should appear in the "Videos" album inside the "Albums" section.

Hello,
It looks like my iCloud is actually not setup correctly to transfer the videos after looking into it further.
In Photos, my albums tab has just "All Photos" and "Faces" right now and "My Albums" is empty.
Do you know what settings I need to change on my iCloud account for both my phone and computer so videos will upload as well as photos?
