Help with icloud I have all the original passwords, icloud but

Need help please,

So heres the issue when I bought this ipad 2 i was given all the necessary passwords and information for the icloud reste to make it mine. I still have the original name, date of birth, specs everything but my stupid friend decided to update my ipad without backing it up. And when trying to log back in for some reason I cannot get back in at all and the security questions are differnet from what I put in. So asked friend if he messed with it, he finally admits he did but cannot remember what the apple id and password nor the security question answers are. So stupid anyway what can apple do about this if I have the original specs and everything?
