Safari - re adding Facebook to push notifications

I deleted Facebook from my push notifications in safari and i am now unable to get it back


is there a way i can get Facebook back on my push notifications?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 8.3, 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7
