My iphone case messed the back of my iphone 5s with unremovable black dots of dirt. HELP.

I bought a cheap black case for my silver iphone 5s. After 2 weeks of use I removed the case for cleaning, and I found black dots of dirt all around the back of my phone. I tried to clean them with a little bit of water, alcohol with cotton, but nothing.

I don't know what to use that won't damage my iphone. I want to sell it but the black dots are a huge problem.

HOW DO I REMOVE THEM? WHAT SHOULD I USE?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3, The iphone's back looks very filthy

You can try putting a little bit of WD40 on a cotton ball and try to remove them with that.

I Have had this happen how I got it out. One day my phone fell out of my pocket etc. But there was dirt all over it so I rubbed some soap and some alcohol mixed together and it came off

A small amount on a cotton ball on the back of the phone, and not near the open connectors, will not be a problem on the iPhone. And it works.
