How can I reset my security questions?

Hi,

I'm trying to make a purchase with my Apple ID, but apparently I need to answer my old security questions, which I forgot. I went to Apple's support website and I got two options: reset my security questions using an alternate email, or scheduling a call with an Apple call center. I have tried the first method, resetting them with an alternate email, but I can't find the link that should take me there. I logged in at appleid.apple.com, clicked on "Manage your Apple ID", then "Password and Security". It's supposed to a kind of "reset security questions with an alternate email address" link, but there's nothing!

My other option is calling Apple. If there's nothing I can do, and I'd definitely have to call them, what kind of information should I have at hand?

Thanks for your help in advance.

No reset link means no rescue email address on the account, you will have to contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) - use the 'if you can't reset your security questions' section on this page : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

If your country isn't on that ‘call us for help’ page then try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
