Push/Fetch emails not working in iOS 8.3

Hi all. Wondering how many of you out there are having issues with the Mail in iOS 8. When the phone is asleep the alerts sometimes come through but if I'm using the phone or it's just on, an email will come through but it'll just say "Loading..." but not actually load. Here is a screen shot of what I'm trying to convey and if anyone has found a fix to this, can you please share? The update to 8.3 did not help the situation. Thanks a bunch!!
