Apr 27, 2015 12:49 AM in response to sandrisandriby motahir,i got the same treatment. apple chat said they cant take it higher so they booked an apple call & they said they couldnt do anything & said do i want to call apple in america & i said no i'm not calling america. & then they told me if everything works on 8.2 then stay on that... wow like i didnt know that.
i give up ! for the price of their phones you would think quality control would be very strict.

Apr 29, 2015 2:30 AM in response to motahirby RightRevGoldstein,In an online chat session I had with Apple, they have acknowledged the problem but refuse to make a commitment to a resolution. Today I am going to Verizon and ditching the phone and going back to Samsung. Bye bye apple

Apr 30, 2015 8:47 AM in response to Imperiu5by pludsg,I have upgraded to the ios 8.4 beta 2 and the volume problem has not been fixed there either. Since I am getting an apple watch I cannot downgrade to 8.2. I still don't think it is hardware but thinking about returning to apple store. I've tried every single post across the web to try to fix it.....
Also, I do not think it is carriers. The sound is great on headphones. Also it happens with voicemail.

May 5, 2015 7:55 AM in response to draaby RightRevGoldstein,Has there been any official word from Apple regarding this other than comments here and there with Idiot Bar people? Clearly Apple does not care about this issue and their front line customer service reps refuse to acknowledge it. Apple has lost me as a customer, and I have returned to android.

May 18, 2015 12:01 PM in response to motahirby gruiz1972,I found this on another forum , someone honest
Here is my solution:
For Sprint users: Settings > Turn OFF Enable LTE > Reboot Phone >> Start up your phone and go back to Settings > Turn ON Enable LTE >
Reboot your phone. Should solve the problem.
Other carriers such as AT&T have an additional step in their settings, so try this: Settings > Enable LTE > Select Off > Reboot Phone >>Start up your phone and go back to Settings > Enable LTE > Select Voice & Data > Reboot your phone.
If that extra step does not help you guys that have AT&T, you can go back to Settings > Enable LTE > Select Data Only > Reboot your phone.
(No need to switch back your settings)
I hope this helps you guys out..

Jun 7, 2015 2:21 AM in response to Imperiu5by Diego.72,I am very disappointed in Apple and my iphone 6. It worked well until I did not always updated to ios 8.3 and after the audio of calls began to croak.
I thought it was the phone so it led by Apple Turin Italy and took me around telling me it was normal. So I sold the phone from despair and I bought another. Surprise after update ios 8.3 dinuovo crackled with calls. So I replaced 4 two originated by the establishment of Pegatron and two Foxcoon and all 4 updating to ios 8.3 croaked supporting the speaker to your ear while phoning. many Italians year reported on google this problem after updating to ios 8.3, but Apple does not say anything. But not about all the iphone 6 because that's my boy and updated it does not and it was purchased in September 2014.
Now I ask you if you have iphone 6 or 6 plus updated to ios 8.3 tested well calls and if you also notice that the sound crackles a bit please report it to Apple to resolve the problem! thank you all.
