Hi, I have an iphone6, my icloud library hasn't updated since December 27th 2014, despite only having upoladed 1.8GB of photos ( I bought extra storage up to 20GB) I have turned on and off the icloud photo library (beta), upload my photo stream etc but all I get is "uploading 328 items" on the status bar. My phone is connected to WIFI all day and I can surf the next etc on it. Any ideas?

Same problem here. My iPhone uploaded a bunch of photos and then stopped uploading them and just says WiFi connection is needed -- but when I connect to WiFi it just sits there saying "uploading" and the number of photos being uploaded never changes. I've got the 1TB iCloud storage plan. I think this is a bug in iOS 8.3 because there are various reports of this around the web.
Chiming in. Just had this problem start a few days ago. Hoping it resolves itself soon.
