For those who say go to an Apple store and ask them, the people there are uninformed. I have been to 2 different stores in 2 different states and was told you wear it like any other watch. That would make controlling the digital crown awkward. I have since found online that you do indeed establish a hand at set up as stated by stevejobsfan0123. When on the right wrist the digital crown faces the hand and is at the bottom instead of top as it is when on left wrist. I guess I'll know for sure when mine arrives - not till middle of May.
