I have been trying to empty my trash but this message keeps coming up:
You can’t copy the item “.DS_Store” because its name is too long or includes characters that are invalid on the destination volume.
does anyone know what I can to to get this sorted?
I am really lost!

Trash – Can’t Empty or Move File To Trash
Try holding down the option button while trying to delete the Trash. If that doesn’t work, here is some more information.

I am not quite sure what has happened, I also changed all the files to jpg and then they deleted.
