I can't open iTunes anymore. Macbook Pro OSX Yosemite

So after installing an update for iTunes, it no longer will open. Now I tried to look in my updates and now its not showing up, so the update that I installed isn't showing and now iTunes isn't working.

I have OS X Yosemite 10.10.3. No matter how many times I click on itunes or try to open it or play a music file, nothing is happening.
