Ipod Nano 6th Gen - volume up button

Hi Apple team, I have an iPod Nano 6th Gen that I got on January 2012 at Ipod Store Florida. This year the Up Volume button just stopped working and I found out that the button got stuck and when you shake it you can hear a rattling noise inside of it. I was wondering if I bring my iPod to an Apple Store they would could replace for a 7th Gen?
