iTunes logo has come up and wont go away??

My iPhone 5c was updating when i held down to restart it, the iTunes logo came up and it wanted me to plug it into the computer ( i have restarted it before whilst in a update and it has been fine). I plugged my phone into the computer but the computer didn't recognize it and the logo wont go away and my phone isn't working at all. Please i need help as need my phone back?!
