Maverick vs Yosemite
I downloaded Yosemite and having problems with printers. Can I uninstall Yosemite and download Maverick?
Only if you had Mavericks before and it shows up in your purchases or you have a backup with Mavericks. Otherwise no.

If you want help, you need to tell us what the printing problem is.
(Sorry, but it sounds like you are "assuming" that the problem is Yosemite - without troubleshooting or researching.)
What printer? what have you tried so far? Does Apple list a current driver for that model?

Do a backup, preferably 2 separate ones on 2 separate drives.
Revert to a Previous OS X - Yosemite
If you do revert, I'd use Setup Assistant to restore your data. This process takes a while, so do it when you won't need the computer for several hours, based on my experience.
