(Sorry, but it sounds like you are "assuming" that the problem is Yosemite - without troubleshooting or researching.)
What printer? what have you tried so far? Does Apple list a current driver for that model?

Revert to a Previous OS X - Yosemite
If you do revert, I'd use Setup Assistant to restore your data. This process takes a while, so do it when you won't need the computer for several hours, based on my experience.
