I changed my apple id this weekend and now can not update my apps or download it again atter deleting the app. Anybody have a solution for me?

Did you change the primary email used for your Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID? If you did the latter, there is not solution aside buying the app again with the new Apple ID.
I switched email which is also my apple id.
This is the proper way to have done that;
Changing the email address you use for your Apple ID -
My new email address has been verified. I am not sure why it does not work in store. Thanks for trying to help.
I can't even download free apps anymore.
You haven't answered my original question, did you change the email address in your old Apple ID as outlined in the link I gave you in my 2nd comment or did you create a new Apple ID?
