My old laptop broke and so i had to effectively start again. i can get my music on my ipad but cant get it from icloud/ipad onto my ipod shuffle on windows. very frustrated. please help 🙂

Do you have a backup of your iTunes Music folder from your laptop? If not, you can redownload your purchased music from iTunes to your new PC and sync it with your iPod shuffle.
