XSAN 4: Read speeds are extremely slow. Write speeds ok

Hello,

We upgraded all of our machines to Yosemite at the end of March, and by doing so we started using XSAN 4 within the Server App. We were successful in configuring and mounting the volume to all controllers and clients. Moving/copying files onto the SAN volume runs as expected with normal data transfer speeds. Moving/copying files from the SAN volume takes an extremely long time. A 50GB file took 16 hours to finish copying from the SAN volume. This is a one way data transfer issue that I have never encountered before. Looking for advice/tips/help on this issue. Our system setup is below. Let me know if there is any information that I have not provided, which would be useful/helpful.

6 clients- iMac desktops running Yosemite 10.10.2 (3 from 2012; 3 from 2014)

1 controller- Mac Mini running Yosemite 10.10.2

ActiveStorage RAID- updated firmware (1.40) and configured as SAN for XSAN

QLogic SANBox 5800 Fiber Switch

7 SANLink2
