Why is my iPhone 5 screen keep poping out and screen is dimmer?

Please exscuse my bad grammar and spelling.

So my I dropped my iPhone 5 and the screen popped out I pushed it back in but it wouldn't go fully go back in. Plus before this incident ,my battery was draining when it wasn't even in use, and I don thought it wasn't a big deal because that's an easy fix.

AFter a few days passed I dropped my phone again and the whole screen came off. The scren became darker ,and a few days later a white line appeared on my phone and the phone won't properly respond to me anymore .It gets slow or I kinda spazes out. I think it might be a swollen battery but I'm not quite sure. So can you guys help me out?
