Unable to make phone calls on my MacBook

Please help

I have signed into FaceTime multiple times on each device.

It worked last week....not sure why it changed.

Anyway, I am unable to make cell phone calls on my comp. On the iPhone, that option you are suppose to check in settings>FaceTime is no longer available. Did Apple take this option away?

I have OS X 10.10.3, iPhone 6 - software up to date.

iTunes 10-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
