2012 Macbook Air won't sleep when lid closed

I have a 2012 13 Macbook Air running Yosemite. I've had this problem for several months now, overtime I close the lid my Macbook won't goto sleep. When I manually put it to sleep, it will randomly wake up and end up draining the battery in my backpack. I've tried resetting the SMC and other fixes, none have worked. Anyone suggest anything else I could do? Also ran pmset -g and got this:

Active Profiles:

Battery Power 1

AC Power 2*

Currently in use:

standbydelay 4200

standby 1

womp 1

halfdim 1

hibernatefile /var/vm/sleepimage

darkwakes 1

networkoversleep 0

disksleep 10

sleep 10

autopoweroffdelay 14400

hibernatemode 3

autopoweroff 1

Any help would be appreciated at this point as this has been very frustrating, thanks.
