certadmin and bundlemanager passphrase messages in log

I'm not really sure where to start with this, but I'm getting a ton of messages like this in my sys log, it started with server update before 4.1

Apr 14 08:01:03 host.com certadmin[21558]: Connected to the Notify Service

Apr 14 08:01:03 host.com certadmin[21558]: BundleManager(non-plugin calling servermgr_certs): got a reply = {

passphraseForExportedPrivateKey = "\\U2022\\U2022\\U2022\\U2022\\U2022\\U2022\\U2022\\U2022";

It comes in droves and then goes away.
