How do I format an address so text message comes through as a blue link?

All day I am sending a client's name, address and phone number to my boss. Sometimes when I send an address, he can click it so it links directly to maps but most often it doesn't. Is there a certain format order that I should be sending it in?

If you enter everything from the street address to town, state, and zip code, it should automatically recognize the address. To make things easier, save the client's address in your phone, and use the share contact info when sending that to your boss.
