Q: Zlib error -2 in Apache error log after applying Security Update 2015-004 to Mountain Lion 10.8.5

After applying Security Update 2015-004 to Mountain Lion ( 10.8.5 ) I see the following entry in the Apache error.log for every request:

Zlib error -2 flushing zlib output buffer ((null))

Does anybody else have this issue too?

Is there a fix for this to happen?

Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)
