I lost the pass-code for my Ipad Air and whenever I try to reset the Ipad to factory settings, a dialogue box pops up.What do I do?

What does the dialogue box say?
The dialogue box pops after the Ipad is connected to the laptop. The dialogue box gives option to open folders either on the desktop or on the c drive.
It's called AutoRun (or AutoPlay). It only happens on Windows 7 computers. Just close the box and return to iTunes. It won't affect anything.
