Adobe flash/Apple photon flas
AAdobe Flash Player needed to open up a program for safe driving. Since I cannot open up Adobe flash I bought the photon flash player but that doesn't work either. Any ideas?

Look for another browser. I've seen Puffin suggested as well as Skyfire but I have no experience using either one of them. THere's also Atomic and Opera but I have no personal experience with them and flash (and flash is a hard program to pin down because it's functionality varies from site to site and how well it works depends on how well it was coded. Perhaps experiment with browsers that offer lite or free versions to see if they work before you buy anything.
You may also want to contact the site and ask them what their workaround is for iPads.
