Recent Numbers - How to change X and Y Axis values on a Chart?

For my IMPACT project in student teaching, I need to represent student scores on a graph. Get it all set up but the Y axis shows only 4 numbers, the range is 0-15 and counts by 7s. I want the range to be 0-17 counting by ones. I've looked all over the formatting window and everything and can't find where you can change this! Can anyone help?
