How do I get itunes to recognize their own server? I keep getting warning messages like this - iTunes cannot verify the server "bookkeeper.itunes.apple.com”?

Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
In the Category list, select Certificates. Is there a certificate with "VeriSign" in the name?
Thanks for the help! I did not find a VeriSign Certificate under utilities, there were some other certificates. The Launch pad didn't help me. I didn't find the category list. I have version 10.10.3 operating system.
You have to launch Keychain Access in order to do as I suggested.
