I have downloaded Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers - but the subtitles will not work for US? I am UK - but the same thing. It works for other countries. Please are you able to help?

I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue with your iTunes Store movie. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature and scope of the issue you are describing (i.e. English subtitles not working or not even seeing an option for them, is the issue occuring with all movies or just this movie, etc).
