since updating to ios 8.3 on my iphone6, seri is not working. i am still able to use my mic icon on google etc. but not on my txt messages or when i press the home button to access it, it dosen't seem to hear me!! HELP!
When you launch Siri, does she not speak out loud? And when you press the mic icon on the Apple keyboard, does the "ding" not sound to let you know when you can start/stop talking? (In my case, both were very, very quiet.) If so, here's what worked for me!
1. Hold the home button to launch Siri.
2. While the "What can I help you with?" screen is showing, turn the volume up!
Not sure what caused the volume to be turned all the way down, or if it will revert back, but so far, so good for me!
tthis didn't work for me. But I did realize that siri works fine if I have my headphone attached. Mic works with Google, shazam etc. HELP!
Same here. Tried a thousand things, including restore TWICE.
Nothig fix the problem.
Any suggestion?
More and more of us are having this issue, but Apple does not seem to have an answer. Hopefully someone will figure it out before we all have to reset our phones as new.

Hi l went to apple store today and genius bar rep checked my phone i received new phone new phone. not sure why siri stopped working but did find out iphone has 3 mics. my phone was still in warenty. all working fine now.hope this helps.
