iTunes Welcome Message Won't Go Away

Everytime I open iTunes, the welcome message appears wanting to give me a "quick tour". I have to press "agree" every time to get off the screen. Is there a way to stop that from opening every time I start iTunes? I really don't need any more tours. 😝
