my iphone 6 dont accept my fingerprint or paswoard after update to 8.3 ?!!!!!!

Hi Try a Reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down Until you see Apple Logo This may take up to 50 Seconds . Cheers Brian

I Also have the same problem on fingerprint and I stop using that. Worst, my battery is also draining fast ie drop by 70% within 8 hrs and I am not using the phone at all. These problem surface abt a week after the upgrade.
Hi Try & Reset iPhone back to Factory Settings This will get rid of any bugs Use same Apple ID & password Then you should get all your apps & data back . Cheers Brian
Thanks Brian. Will try doing it. Have not Tried before. does reset delete all my photos and nods which are not sync to iCloud? Also will all my messages be deleted? Appreciated your help.
AAlright, I tried factory reset through iTunes and encounter eith error code 53 and now my phone is officially dead to the world...
after updat to ios 8.3 i cant download any thing from app stors the phone dont accept finger print or passwoard?!!!!
