I deleted all the faces from the Finder, but now I need to know what happens with the library of iPhoto. Does this action delete also my photos or not? should i clean my basket and be secure that deleting the faces doesn't consist in deleting photos?

Do you mean you deleted the thumbnails from the Library? If you you've corrupted your Library and should now restore from back up.

I did a search on finder and wrote faces, and then it show up all the faces of my entire library of iphoto. I checked them all and delete all of them, but I didn't clean the basket because I'm afraid of deleting all my photos. so my question is that what happens with this faces and is it any way to turn it off because is taking a lot of memory of my Imac?
These are tiny thumbnails. They don't take up much space.
Start by restoring your Library from back up. Then if you're comfortable in the Terminal there is an unsupported hack that will turn off faces.
