Apr 15, 2015 4:12 AM in response to skycopterby Doctor9fan,What I did was turned on personal hotspot on my iPhone then turn on wifi on my iPad, find the iPhone connection & clicked on it, entered hotspot passphrase & connected. After this 'set up' all you then do is go to wifi on the iPad & it'll automatically find the iPhone's hotspot, click on that & it'll connect.
I'd assume apart from you using a different device's hotspot that the principal is the same.
