i cant get into my iphone 5s locked out

iphone 5s is disable how can i get back in

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1, my IPhone is disabled

The following has instructions for all of the methods of dealing with it: Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
