Adding locations in Photos App

Photos that have location data can display that location in Photos 1.0 with "Get Info". But I have not found a way to add a location to a photo that does not already have that data, nor to copy a location from one that does and paste that location onto one or more photos taken at the same spot (as I could in iPhoto).

Am I missing how to do that, or is this a feature that needs to be added in a later release of Photos? ( I see I need to update my stats. I am on Yosemite of course.)

It is, as you say, "a feature that needs to be added in a later release of Photos".

Same on my end including proper selection criteria and display options for locations. I am using Aperture with approx. 200,000 images stored outside the main library and all of them with GPS location. If this is not handled within photos which seems to be a nice and lean application by design it is a reason to migrate to an outside solution which I would hate to do. Some sort of a release plan of 'photos' would help to take a proper decision. Let's see where the journey goes to.
