It depends on what kind of wireless headphones you have. The iPod requires something to be plugged into the headphone jack to use as the radio antenna. If your wireless headphones use a headphone adapter to wirelessly connect the speakers of the headphones then it will work but any other kind of wireless headphone will not work.
It would really be tough to locate a set of WiFi headphones these days and most posters here would not even know what they are, but even if you could the adapter would not be able to serve as an antenna.
