Q: How do I get a refund for a purchase made on itunes ? my debit card was accredited for a movie that I rented but was not able to play it. The store does not allow me to play the film it only asks me if I wish to rent it again.

The film downloaded onto the device/computer that you rented it on but it wouldn't play ? You won't be able to redownload it, rentals are one-time downloads. To contact iTunes Support try the 'report a problem' page : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Movie: Love & Friendship, it started playing and stopped shortly afterwards. I'd like a refund for this movie please.
