Need help with all iph5 content transferred back to itunes

Need help!! Have done a ton of searching, but keep finding stuff that really doesn't seem to work for me. So thought to start my own thread with my issue. I have an IPH 5. I do back my stuff to an external hard drive, but hadn't backed up my content for the past few months. Well, just when I was going to my computer's hard drive crashed. I wasn't able to back up the latest stuff from Itunes to my external. I still have all my music and content on my phone and ipod. Fixed the hard drive issue, so now my computer is like brand new. Downloaded Itunes, but need to get all the stuff on my iphone back on to my itunes like it was before. How do I go about doing this?????????????????????????? Thanks
