Before getting it serviced you can try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and set up the hearing aids again. If that does not work try restoring your iPhone from your backup in iTunes.

First of all thank you for your answer.
I tried both of your proposals but nothing went better.
I got the iPhone to the service shop where the hearing aid was replaced.
Unfortunately the problem concerning bad noice during all the calls, remains.
After all, I suspect that the deteriorating factor was the upgrade to 8.3
