Which workflow did you use to create the MOV file?

The MOV file container is generic and may be used to store any form of compressed data compatible with your system's QT 7 codec configuration. GoPro Studio can store H.264/AAC or GoPro-Cineform/Uncompressed compression formats to the MOV file container. The "Conversion" option automatically stores the later forms of data (which is not iMovie, iDVD, or QL compatible) to the MOV file while the post-edit "Export" option allows you to optionally store H.264/AAC data (which is compatible with iMovie, iDVD, and QL) to the MOV file container. Make sure you set the desired output option before exporting the MOV file.
