Q: Wi-fi comes and goes

My IPhone 4S sudenly started to discinnect to the Wi-fi and even didnt accepting to turn the Wi-fi service on? When reseting it sometimes goes back for a few seconds but sometimes not! Should I clean up all the memory and start all over again? (The IOS IS 8.1)
