I would like to remove family sharing from my account , how do I do this

I don't have access to anything with Family Sharing but I would imagine it would be the reverse of doing what is instructed in:

Yes, see this document, especially the section on how to "disband a family group.":
I have kids under 13 and this instructions do not allow me to do so with children.
My kids are not able to use the in-app purchases with family sharing
