I'm stuck in activation error and i don't have access to the apple id used. What should i do? Any suggestions.

You need the AppleID and passcode used to initiate the Activation Lock. Without

that information, the iPhone is useless. Contact the seller and have them remove the

Activation Lock. The previous owner needs to do the things in this link - slowly and

in the order given.

There is no workaround for Activation Lock.

Jailbreak violates the software license agreement, surrenders all support from Apple and this forum, and could render your iPhone useless.

Jailbreak is NOT a solution to Activation Lock, because the activation lock status is saved in Apple's activation system, not on the phone. So even a hacked phone will not get past Activation Lock. The feature is intended as a theft deterrent; there's a good chance the phone was stolen if it is locked to an Apple ID that was never yours.

Your uncle can take the receipt proving he is the original owner/first purchaser

of the iPhone and the iPhone to Apple or whoever provides Apple authorized

iPhone service for your location where they may assist.
