What is ARP Cache Poison?
And how do i remove it from my computer?
I have norton on my macbook, and when i go into "norton firewall" it keep saying that my mac is being attacked by ARP Cache Poison.

Remove the useless Norton/Symantec product by following these instructions. If you have a different version of the product, the procedure may be different.
Back up all data before making any changes.
You can clear your arp cache by typing 'sudo arp -d -a'. That will remove any stored arp configurations. Also setting a start arp entry for your router should prevent man in the middle attacks. This is done by typing 'arp -s ip_address mac_address'.
