When you import a CD iTunes queries a third party database called Gracenote to try and match the track lengths and numbers to a known album. If it finds a match it returns the track names and album information to iTunes. No match, no track names. The standard audio CD does not contain any metadata like that, hence the need for the Gracenote database. If you’re not getting any track names when you import there could be a number of causes including Internet access problems, problems with your installation, no match found, etc.

After importing try this. Right click the album and select “Get Track Names.”
