When trying to print from my iMac running Yosemite to my HP Officejet Pro 6830, I get the message: "the printer is not connected". Any ideas? Thank you for your feedback..

I have a late 2013 iMac with an Intel Core i5 processor running Yosemite v 10.10.3. It is usb-connected to a HP OfficeJet Pro 6830 printer. When I attempt to print, I get the message in the printer window: "The printer is not connected". Any feedback as to how to proceed? Thank you for your feedback...

Get in touch w/HP Support and/or read the printer's user manual.

Check to make sure you are using HP latest printer drivers for your OS system.
