O.K. my photos are upload by Photos to iCloud, but they do not show up on my iPhone. I did everything I can find to do to the devices but nothing changes. It's been hours.
All my devices are completely up to date.

I think they are finally synched but the problem is now that my iPhone and iPad do not have enough room so the synch chose what to put on my devices for itself. I used iTunes today to change what is on my iPhone, but I have no idea what that does to the auto synching aspects.
