Where is the TS2100 article for Resolving LUN visibility issues

I am having difficult with my SAN. When I try to mount a client, I receive . The mdc's although do mount. I have visited apple's page, Xsan: Troubleshooting "Disk Stripe Group DOWN for this client" errors. The link to the TS2100 article just goes to support. The volume log has the statement:

[0415 11:57:23] 0x1168f9000 (Warning) [Node 60] Disk unit 1 in Stripe Group 1 is DOWN or not accessible for this client. # disks 2 unitmap[1] 0xfffff partaccess 0x1 Any help on the matter or the link would be appreciated.
